Method
Cream is poured into a suitable container and heated to boiling, added her ground poppy seed and powdered sugar. Mix well and leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes to absorb poppy seeds and cooled. The dough expands smeared thinly carefully and evenly with poppy mixture and cut into strips with a thickness of 1.5 cm and a length of about 15 cm. Each strip is screwed equally from the edges to the middle of it - similar to the cookies Salzitsa with the difference that in the middle is shaped tip: on one side are pressed with fork, then the other. Bake in a pan, covered with paper baking in the oven at 200 C.

1. L. Sugar is not it for this amount of cream and poppy seeds? Do not write that cream sweetened, so I guess it is not.
