Shortcake with vegan cookie dough and plums

Ingredients
# For the dough:
2-2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup hot water
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
6-7 prunes
3-4 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2-3 cloves (optional)
coarsely chopped walnuts
For sprinkling or spreads - of your choice: plain or brown sugar crystals; powdered sugar; copper

Method
Flour (used type) is sifted with baking powder and salt. Fill the glass halfway with sunflower oil and supplemented with hot water. Stir, gradually pour in the flour and knead the dough spoon. Allow to rest for about half an hour. Roll out the dough to a circle with a diameter of about 40 cm and put in a buttered baking dish with a diameter of 20-24 cm. Can put baking paper or use a teflon pan, then do not namaslyava. Prunes are cut into slices or circles with thickness optional. Distributed in circles in the middle of the dough and sprinkle with sugar, pre-mixed with cinnamon and the walnuts and optional cloves. Without stuffing remains about 4 fingers width at the end of the dough. This end is bends over part of the filling, giving smaller or larger folds. The center remains uncovered stuffing. Upper part of the folded dough smeared lightly with water and sprinkle with granulated sugar or smeared with slightly diluted milk with honey or after cool cake sprinkled with powdered sugar. Ina, I loved the cake! Peko it about 40 minutes, but I still 5-10 would come to him well. It seems to me that the dough had to be more crisp and liquid is less.
