Method
Cabbage leaves are blanched briefly. Eggplants, cut into long strips, salted, we stayed about 1 hour and fry. Peppers also fry. Carrots and celery cut into strips. Take 2 peppers, eggplant strips 2, 1-2 pieces of celery and carrots, garlic, hot pepper (fried) and 2-3 branches of parsley. The formulated products were wrapped in cabbage leaves (as dolma). Lining in jars. Pour cold brine. Decanted 2-3 times and went cold. Brine: 2 parts of water (680 ml) and 1 part of vinegar (340 ml). 1 liter of liquid is put in 1 cup sunflower oil, 1.5 tbsp salt and bay leaf and allspice to taste.

MANI, I make it, but I have not tried but / do not eat fried and roasted eggplant /. Our said that is not bad, even my dad said I could pass for a meal :)
