Rice with vegetables - II type

Ingredients
250-300 g rice
1 small zucchini
1 onion
1/3 cup peas
1 pepper
4-5 okra pods
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, a pinch of savory

Method
Chop the onion finely and stew with the oil, add the vegetables, also cut in advance. Pour a little water and sauté for 5-7 minutes, then transferred to a tray. Add the washed rice and spices (you can put other on your taste) make up water (1: 4 rice / water) and bake in a moderate oven until ready.

Well done to Tony will never fried rice and I received well. But you do as you do it :)

I did it with 200g peas and 1 small zucchini :) I followed the recipe without frying and became incredible :)

rice is zapalrzhva prior to cooking to prevent sticking together the grains after cooking / baking and to improve the taste of the rice. Not necessarily. And under browning given chirped to 10-15 seconds it *otsaklyane* of rice, no frying.
