I am very pleased with the recipe. I have no experience with mafinite- are second to do first and salty. I added more milk, because I heard that the mixture for muffins should be rarer than cakes, and my very thickened. I put a little cubed Lion sausage, and just before them izvadya- and grated cheese. Peko little more time in bowls of custard. Became very soft and fluffy. Will use the basic dough and other muffins, even sweet muffins. Thanks for the suggestion! :)

Melita, very glad that you liked the recipe! :) And I sometimes use baking pans custard, also becomes. A dough is universal. Make sweet muffins on the same recipe, add 180 g of sugar and vanilla. These muffins make them at home very often and never had a failure with them. :)

became very delicious and fluffy! And you really need to add more milk! :)

I am glad that you liked, Elitsa! A Milk - me also give a thick batter and dough for muffins always more densely than cakes. But as more and milk are received, then no problem. :)
