Red Beet Salad

Ingredients
5-6 heads (1,5 kg) beetroot
1 head garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tbsp grated horseradish
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
salt

Method
Beets are washed well and put in the oven to bake. Peeled and cut into thin slices, which are arranged in a jar, as between rows sprinkle chopped garlic and parsley, grated horseradish and salt. Pour in the vegetable oil and vinegar.
