Ingredients
1 kg lamb set
2 cup Rice
6 cups broth
1 tbsp mint
salt
50 ml sunflower oil
3 eggs
120 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
1 onion

Method
Lamb kit (1 kg), which contains white lamb and liver, and heart is Boil until ready by the broth from cooking is retained and filtered. Cooking lamb kit takes about an hour, until tender products completely. Then allowed to cool slightly and cut into cubes. Onion (1 head) cut into in small pieces and stew until soft in the oil (50 ml). Then add to it in rice (2 cups) and fry until translucent. Mix with diced plucks and everything is seasoned with salt and mint (1 tbsp). Pour into the baking dish and pour the broth (6 cups). Bake in a hot oven for about an hour or until the rice absorbs the liquid. Then pour the mixture of broken milk (120 ml), flour (2 tbsp) and eggs (3) and returned to the oven for another 15 minutes. Lamb liver dolma can be served hot and cold.
