Appetizer of sheep cheese and basil

Ingredients
200 g sheep cheese
25 g feta cheese Parmesan
2 bunches fresh basil
150 g butter
125 g thick cream
100 g roasted pine nuts
Method
The feta cheese is Grate the onion grater, add softened butter, grated parmesan and cream. Mix everything smooth cream. Basil is washed, dried, chopped finely and added to the feta cheese with 2 tbsp ground pine nuts. Well-stirred mixture was packed into a small round shape, rinsed with cold water and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Before serving to form dips in hot water and starter turns into a serving plate. Sprinkle with remaining in large pieces crushed pine nuts and garnish with basil leaves. Optional can be garnished with a few gourmet tomatoes (cherry).
