Ingredients
400 g white flour
225-250 ml milk
20 g of dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp pink pepper - ground
pinch of salt
400 g cream cheese
40 g fresh arugula
250 g prosciutto or ham
Method
Sift the flour in a deep bowl and add the yeast, salt, olive oil, pepper and a little bit heated milk. Knead the dough well, divide into 10 balls and let rise for 15 minutes. Roll out each ball into a sheet with a diameter of about 26 cm. Preheat good non-stick pan and bake pan for a minute or two on each side. Once ready put the filling - cream cheese, arugula and prosciutto and roll (pancake). Serve still warm.
