Baked apples with spicy filling

Ingredients
2 large sour apples
1 tbsp soluble vegetable broth
50 g sauerkraut
1 Viennese sausage
1 tbsp cream
Method
Apples are washed, cut off caps, remove the seed part and inside their carving. Vegetable bouillon is dissolved in 1/4 cup (50 ml) water and apples were sprinkled with it inside. Hollowed interior mixed with sauerkraut and finely chopped sausage. The mixture is divided into two and it filled the hollowed apples. Place the lids and apples are placed in a bowl. Bake 2 and 1/2 minutes. Then, each of the apples is covered with the fresh cream and baked for 30 seconds.
