Baked Meatballs with Yogurt

Ingredients
500 g of ground beef
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 cups (400 g) yogurt
3 eggs
4-5 cloves garlic
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 slice (75 g) bread
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is kneaded with finely chopped onion, previously soaked bread, 1 egg, pepper and salt to taste. The mixture to make meatballs, which are fried in fat. Arrange in a greased baking dish with butter and pour the yogurt, broken with the remaining 2 eggs, crushed garlic and salt, sprinkle with fat from frying and bake in a hot oven.
