Ingredients
1/2 cup (150 g) cottage cheese
4 tbsp sugar
egg 1
2 tbsp yogurt
5 tbsp semolina
1 slice biscuit
1 lemon
1 vanilla powder
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1/4 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
Method
The cottage cheese was ground in fine sieve. Add the sugar, egg, yogurt, grated lemon rind and semolina. The mixture was allowed to stand for 2 hours to swell meal. It form small balls (the walnut) that are rolled in crushed biscuits and fried in highly preheated oil, then still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar flavored with vanilla.
