Banitsa chicken with sauce

Ingredients
400 g filo pastry sheets
65 g butter
300 g yogurt
1 cube chicken broth
pepper, paprika, salt
2 cloves garlic
dill

Method
First put chicken be cooked with broth, a little onion and carrot piece (for taste). Once cooked leave to cool and cut into small pieces. In a buttered baking dish lining two sheets peel and sprinkle of chicken, then again two sheets of pastry and meat again. This continues until the end peels and meat. At the top ends with sheet. Thus prepared banitsa put in preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the top sheet of the banitsa red and dry. Then removed from the oven while hot and the banitsa pour broth of the chicken, which is boiled. Broth has cooled down. Cover with towel and let the banitsa to absorb the whole broth. During this time, prepare topping of yogurt, crushed garlic, salt and dill. TOPPING put in serving - cut piece is banitsa and pour the sauce, then you can pour with fried butter with paprika.

Wonderful recipe :) I added a little stewed mushrooms. After I poured pie with broth, cut it and I poured 2 beaten eggs and some yogurt, and back in the oven to seal. Very tasty get!
