Banitsa mince and potatoes

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
2-3 large potatoes
200 g minced meat
1 onion
savory, salt, pepper, paprika
fat
1 egg
100 ml milk

Method
In skillet stew onion, add water fuzzy mince, salt, pepper and paprika, savory. Stews. Potatoes cut into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Lightly sauté and remove from heat. Each sheet of phyllo be smeared with grease, lining up three leaves, put stuffing on top and rolled up. So proceed with all the sheets. Ranks in the pan and pour the mixture of egg and milk. Bake in a moderate oven.
