Banitsa with sauce

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry
4 eggs
300 g feta cheese
200 ml yogurt
60 ml sunflower oil
2 pinches of soda
1 pinch baking powder
# Topping:
1 egg
60 ml water
30-40 g butter slices

Method
The filling is prepared by breaking the eggs and add them to yogurt, the oil, baking powder and baking soda. When a homogeneous mixture, crumbled feta cheese. The mixture is carefully stirred and a part thereof on 2 sheets. Wound on a roll and so proceed until the end peels. The banitsa pour the topping of egg and water, the butter is placed barhu the banitsa slices. Bake at 180C degrees in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until ready.
