Barn hunter sausage

Ingredients
400 g hunting sausage
100 g cheese
50 g butter
1 tbsp mustard
Method
The sausages are cut to length in one end is left uncut place about 3 cm. Two pieces of sausage each bend inward to uncut portion and fastened with a toothpick or a special needle. The cut cores are arranged in a baking dish with melted butter (in the place where they joined the two parts of the sausage is placed a thin slice of cheese), baked in an oven or BBQ with overhead heating and are served with mustard.
