Ingredients
4 beef steaks
4 pieces of bacon
20 g lard
1 onion
3/4 cup (150 ml) broth
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Crushed chops to add salt, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley on each steak and place 1 piece of bacon. Turn on roulade fasten with toothpicks to not fall stuffing, fry from all sides in the lard and subtract. Finely chopped onion fry until yellow. In the remaining lard added roulade, pour in broth and wine and bake in the oven under low lid until soft. Sauce salt it, and in case of need and posgastyava.
