Beef steak with blue cheese sauce

Ingredients
4-5 veal chops
salt
pepper
flour
butter
# For the sauce:
200 g blue cheese
500 g cooking cream
parsley
Method
Chops is fuck it from both sides and are seasoned with salt and pepper. Put them in a container in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Before cooking rolled in flour and Shake well. Fry on medium heat in butter. Finished steaks arrange in a baking dish. Heat oven to 100 C. The finished steak covered with foil and put in the oven.
