Beefsteak with egg

Ingredients
800 g of beef or veal
salt
pepper
frying fat
4 eggs
80 g butter
4 tsp rum or cognac
4 tbsp broth
Method
The meat is wrapped in linen and Hammer, then cut into thick steaks. Add salt, the scatter with pepper and after maturing for 30 minutes, fry on both sides in a highly heated oiled iron pan until the top appear red droplets. Immediately placed in warmed bowls. Eggs fried in butter cow, one by one eye and put on the steaks. Strain fat from frying steaks diluted with broth, flavored with rum and pour over steaks.
