Bread dumplings with olives

Ingredients
10 slices white bread
2 small onions
4 eggs
4 tbsp olive oil
200 ml milk
1 bunch parsley
250 g pitted green olives
black pepper salt
spices of your choice
salt
Method
The bread is cut into cubes and put in a deep dish. Chop the onion finely and fry. Then add milk, salt, pepper and simmer. The finished mixture is poured on white bread cubes and mix with the chopped parsley. Add olives and chopped, mixed with eggs. The whole was stirred well, allowed to stand for 5 minutes. The mixture was then placed in an elongate piece foil, coated with butter, and screwed into a roll, the two ends are securely closed. Boil for 25 minutes in salted water, but not very hot fire. Allow to cool slightly and then remove fthe oil and cut into slices, which are fried in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown caught.
