Breaded udders with vegetables

Ingredients
700 g cow's udder
1 carrot
1 slice of chervil leaves 1-2
1 onion
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
flour
pepper
salt
parsley
15 g butter
fat frying
Method
Udder Wash and cut into 4 pieces. The roots of the onion soup and placed in boiling salted water and boil 15 minutes. Add chopped udder and boil until completely soft. Peeled, dipped in batter made from beaten egg, milk, flour and a pinch of salt, and fry until golden color in hot fat, then removed and divided into warmed bowls. In the same fat, sauté the finely chopped cooked vegetables, adding a few tablespoons of broth. Add salt, the scatter with chopped parsley, pour the melted butter with and added to a brand udder. stewed vegetables can serve as a filling between two identical pieces udder, which then PANIC in thick pancake dough and fry.
