Brussels sprouts with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
300 g Brussels sprouts
30-50 g bacon optional
20 g butter or margarine
20 g flour
250 g broth, vegetable or beef
125 ml white wine
250 ml cream
parsley
pepper
nutmeg optional
salt
pinch of sugar
300 g feta cheese Emmental
Method
Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes, a little larger than cabbage. Put together to cook for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the bacon (diced) in the butter, put the flour, fried to slightly browning extinguished with wine, broth and cream. Allow to simmer with lid for 10 minutes. Mix potatoes and green sauce, seasoned with spices. Put into the form, scatter with grated Emmental and roast in a preheated oven about 15 minutes at 180 C, put on the bottom rail. * Optional can put and sausage, fry with bacon and proceed as described.
