Ingredients
360 g white flour
2 tsp dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
240 ml warm water

Method
In a deep pot sent down the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and olive oil. Mix them and add the water. With a wooden spoon mix everything until dough is formed. Pour it on a floured countertop and mess about 10 minutes (you can do it and if you have a mixer with dough attachment). Once you get elastic and smooth dough that does not stick it in an oily transfer container and cover with fsunflower fresh oil or tea towel. Let it double in volume - about 1 hour - and we divide it into 8 equal balls (size as a tangerine example). Roll balls on a floured countertop to 0.5 cm thick and transfer them in a pan with baking paper. Peko them 2 times - 4 in the pan, because becoming a diameter above 18 cm below and gather all. Cover with a towel and let them rise for 30-40 minutes. During this time-heat the oven to 220-240C degrees. Bake about 7-9 moments. Subtract them from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. Once completely cool may be stored in a bread box or envelope. You can fill them with everything you love. Before it can be fried with a little butter or olive oil to have a more crispy crust. These are perfect buns for sandwiches.
