Buterki spinach

Ingredients
400 g puff pastry
1 egg
4-5 tbsp cottage cheese
2 tbsp spinach (cooked)
pepper

Method
Since the dough is cut circles. Arranged on a tray covered with baking paper. The rest are cut dough strips. Each round goes with such strip, which is pre-coated with a little water (to be able to stick). Of other products prepared stuffing. Distribute evenly in all buterki. Bake in a moderate oven until golden. * I baked buterkite of 160C fan. * For stuffing can use almost anything as long as it is not water.
