Carrot layered cake with icing

Ingredients
# For the base:
300 g flour
400 g sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
250 ml sunflower oil
100-200 g raisins
600 g carrots
# For glaze:
225 g cream cheese
200 ml sweet cream
100 g of powdered sugar
rind of 2 oranges
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Flour and greased tray. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the oil. Add flour mixture. Blend until a homogeneous mixture. Add raisins and grated carrots. Beat well. Pour the dough into the prepared pan. Bake about 1 hour. Leave to cool in the pan. The glaze: In a bowl, beat the cream and cream the feta cheese. Add powdered sugar, orange peel and cinnamon. Mix everything and bake the cake evenly. Optional you can sprinkle with coarsely crushed walnuts.
