Carrots in Moroccan

Ingredients
500 g of carrots, cut in half and then into circles
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tsp paste Harris
1tbsp lemon juice
handful of coarsely chopped parsley

Method
Carrots boiled in steam 7-10 minutes until tender. The remaining ingredients are mixed and the resulting dressing is poured carrots. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Harris paste from North Africa, which is made from chillies, coriander and cumin. Can be found in specialist shops or large supermarkets or to prepare for this recipe - Лют Harris sauce .
