Cheesy pita

Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) flour
1/2 cup (100 g) feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp (20 g) yogurt
Method
From the flour, salt and water to prepare dough for sharpening, which is divided into two parts roll of 2 sheets with thickness 7-8 mm. First sheet must be greater than the second. It is placed in a greased baking pan so that its ends remain outside the edge of the tray. Spread a filling of crumbled feta cheese, yoghurt, eggs and vegetable oil. Top put the second crust. On its turn the edges of the bottom crust and pressed. The pita is baked in a moderate oven. After removal from the oven turns in a clean cloth, the upper crust is slightly dampened. Serve breakfast or dinner with yogurt, yayran or compote.
