Cherries confit

Ingredients
800 g cherries
4-5 tbsp sugar
Method
Remove the stems of cherries and washed. Stones are removed over the plate, which collects the flowing juice. Arrange in jars as sugar sprinkles between them. Add expired juice and cherries lightly pressed in sterilization because they reduce its volume. Closed with airtight lids and sterilize for 10 minutes of boiling water. These products are for 1 jar of 1 l.
