Chicken breast with asparagus

Ingredients
400 g chicken breasts
2 eggs
60 g feta cheese
30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
100 g asparagus canned
flour
salt
Method
Chicken breasts Pip is wide, salting is rolled in flour, dip in egg beaten with 30 g grated feta cheese and fried in butter and sunflower oil on both sides until it turns rosy. Portions are removed on each place 3 asparagus, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and bake a little under a slight grill or in the oven until the feta cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
