Chicken breast with wine

Ingredients
400 g chicken breasts
90 g butter
4 tbsp (40 ml) white wine
50 g feta cheese "Parmesan" or "Emmental"
flour
4 tbsp (40 ml) chicken broth
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
Method
Bones and skin are removed from chicken portions, fuck, the salting is rolled in flour and fry on both sides on low heat in butter. Add the wine, boil for one minute, chest sprinkled with feta cheese, sprinkled with broth and suffocating under the lid for 5 minutes. Arranged in warmed bowls, pour the sauce from the pan and serve immediately. Similarly prepared and breasts of a young turkey - after boning breasts cut into 3-4 pieces and crushed.
