Chicken with bulgur or rice and olives

1 chicken 800 g
2 onions
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup bulgur or rice
10-15 olives
salt and spices of your choice

Chicken cut into portions and boiled. In the heated sunflower oil stew the chopped onion. In the pan put the onion, the bulgur, chopped olives (if small left whole), portions of meat, spices and pour 2 and 1/2 cup of chicken broth for the bulgur, or 3 and 1/2 cup for rice. Season salt and bake until golden brown and the bulgur (rice) take liquid. Serve with salad or pickles of your choice.

I love rice with olives, and in combination with chicken will become even more delicious! Groats I have not yet tried.

I had the three product less and decided to experiment. Naturally there is a difference in taste if it is done with rice. But I definitely like it. And before I cooked with bulgur, only this time is quite different, fine and quickly prepared.
