Wash and dry the chicken fillet. In a pan put the oil to heat and fry the fillets on both sides until lightly browned. Remove the fillets on a plate and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. In the hot sunflower oil pour wine and shake the pan - turn off the heat. Grease suitable pan with oil and sprinkle with dry pepper. Arrange fillets to one another (possibly tightly) and pour the wine sauce. On each fillet put 1 tbsp tomato sauce and smear them with him. Sprinkle top with grated parmesan and mozzarella crush half. Sprinkle with some of breadcrumbs (or distribute the dome). Top order or crush remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 160C degrees about 35-45 minutes (depending on oven). Serve with salad season. * I prepared the dish exactly the video with the difference that instead of domes decided to use breadcrumbs. It was very tasty dish with a wonderful crispy crust of melted mozzarella and bread crumbs.
