1/2 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
80 ml skimmed milk
pepper, cumin, turmeric, paprika, nutmeg, ginger, salt

Cut the breasts fillets, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with spices and a small amount of milk. Slice the onion and garlic in small pieces and add to the chicken. Let the chicken spiced for 30-40 minutes. After it has absorbed from the marinade fry without oil in a Teflon pan.
