Chicken hearts in a pot

300 g chicken hearts
1 large onion
2 carrots
2 green peppers peppers
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 eggplant
1 zucchini
paprika, savory, salt
50 -70 ml olive oil
2-3 large potatoes
150 ml red wine

Sectioned hearts in half lengthwise. All products are washed and cut into small cubes, except potatoes them a little in large pieces. In a large pot fry in olive oil at Hearts ahead for about 5 minutes. Then successively added, green peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, eggplant, zucchini and potatoes. Stew together for 10 minutes. They begin to fry add one teaspoon red pepper and a little savory aroma. Then, red wine and salt. Leave a slow fire for about 10 minutes to simmer and during that time the oven is heated. Then pour the mixture in a pot, place in the oven for about 45-50 minutes at 180C degrees. * The recipe is for 4 servings
