Chicken with lemon and ginger

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
1 onion
1 lemon
fresh ginger
100 ml chicken broth cube
2 tbsp rice vinegar or plain
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Sesame
salt
pepper
Method
Onion is peeled and then with ginger is finely minced meat. Peeled lemon peel and cut into sticks. Leave for 15 minutes cut into julienne chicken in marinade made from lemon juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Then fry in a hot pan with sunflower oil, along with onions, ginger and lemon zest. Sprinkle with plenty of black pepper. Add chicken broth in the marinade and put on the meat to boil. Allow high heat until the liquid is evaporated by half, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds in dry skillet and served.
