Chicken moussaka

Ingredients
1/2 Chicken
200 g rice
green onions
pepper
salt
1 cube chicken broth
mint
2 eggs
yogurt
2-3 tbsp flour

Method
Boil chicken and deboning . Fry the onion in a little oil then add the rice to become transparent, add meat, spices and the mixture is put to bake in a moderate oven. Eggs, yogurt and flour are broken and after the dish is ready, pour this mixture. Bake until crust catch.

This should be a fraction sarma chicken.

Very tasty obtained. I put mushrooms.

I made it yesterday for the second time, the first time with green onion and mint, as it is in the recipe, and yesterday with two handfuls of crisp frying onions very parsley. The recipe is very good, thank you!
