Chicken roasted with beer

Ingredients
2 chicken legs
2 onions
200 g cheese
200 g mushrooms
1 cup tomato juice
sunflower oil
50 ml beer
1/2 bouillon cube
spices of your choice, salt
Method
Mushrooms and onions are cut into cubes and sauté them with a little sunflower oil and water. Add chicken, salted and cut into chunks. Suffocating approximately 5 minutes and add tomato juice. Sprinkle with spices and optional mined broth. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, pour beer. The dish is baked in a hot oven until the water boil off. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake briefly upper wire.
