Ingredients
8 chicken fillets (fillet)
8 pieces of smoked cheese
8 pieces smoked processed cheese
1 onion
32-40 capers
ras el Hanoun (or spices of your choice)
4-5 potatoes
olive oil (sunflower oil) and salt

Method
Chicken fillets are crushed and sprinkled with spice ras el Hanoun, or spices optional. Chop finely. On each fillet put a piece of smoked cheese, processed cheese, some onion and capers 4-5. Fillets winding rolls and wrap well in aluminum foil separately. Put them in a greased pan with sunflower oil (olive oil). The potatoes are peeled, sliced, arranged around rolls and pour a little water. The tray is placed in the middle in a preheated oven (if the oven is fan run and it) and after putting degrees is reduced to 175S. Dish bake 40-50 minutes, or until the potatoes ready. * Capers can be replaced by sour or pickled cucumbers.
