Chicken with sauce in the oven

Ingredients
1 large chicken
2 onions
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 kg tomatoes
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
parsley
salt
Method
Cut into servings 1 large chicken, pre-cleaned and washed. Fry until browned meat in 1/2 cup of heated olive oil (sunflower oil) and remove it. In the same fat fry until soft 2 finely chopped onions, 1 green and 1 red pepper, also chopped. Add 1 kg tomatoes, sliced, salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon sugar. In the resulting sauce, boil after a few minutes, put fried meat. Put the dish in a moderate oven and bake 1 hour cover with lid, and then another 1/2 hour uncovered. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
