Chicken with sauce royal

Ingredients
# For the sauce:
50 g butter
40 g flour
1 chicken bouillon dissolved in 600 ml water
1/4 onion
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp white wine
# For the chicken:
1 kg chicken
50 g butter
1 onion
125 g mushrooms
2 bell peppers (green and red)
125 ml cream
parsley

Method
Sauce: In hot butter fry flour until it turns gold. Broth was added and stirred until evenly mixed. Place chopped onion and bay leaves, which after five minutes are deducted and added wine. Chicken: Pieces of meat fry in the butter (about 2 minutes on each side) and remove. In the same oil fry the chopped onions, mushrooms and peppers. After 5 minutes, return the chicken to the court and the sauce is poured over him. Mix well and let simmer 30 minutes, then add the cream and remove from heat. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
