Chicken in white wine sauce

6 chicken legs
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
300-400 g field mushrooms (can canned)
1 cup white wine
2 cup thick cooking cream
seasoning for chicken, pepper
2 tbsp fresh basil (may dry)
sunflower oil or olive oil for frying

Onions and garlic are finely chopped, the mushrooms into halves. Heat the oil and fry well inside the washed chicken (my legs were more tlastichki, so advance them posvarih almost ready). Remove the legs and in the same oil fry the chopped onion and garlic, stirring periodically, until the onion softens. Add mushrooms and cook until the vegetables soften. Add wine and cream and let the mixture boil. Once this happens, reduce the heat and let the dish simmer until sauce is slightly reduced. Return the chicken to the sauce, add the spices and let simmer covered with a lid, until fully cooked (I left for five minutes as my chicken was already cooked). Add chopped basil and mix. * For a thicker sauce, you can add 1 tbsp flour with steamed vegetables before adding the wine and cream. * Serve with fried potatoes and shredded cheese.

I make the same recipe, but with pork. And add melted cheese. And nothing fried. Put all raw baking pan and wrap with foil. Bake about 1 hour and then clean off the foil. Pekka without film for approximately 30 min. Dependent on the meat.

I am sure that in this way prepared and pork will also be tasty, but this is another recipe ceckavd.
