Chilean pumpkin pancakes

Ingredients
200 g pumpkin
4 tbsp sunflower oil
flour as you take
syrup from sugar cane, golden syrup or honey

Method
Pumpkin is boiled and after draining creases of puree. In the well of the flour is added to the hot sunflower oil and mixed with the gourd. Involved and add a little flour until a stiff dough medium (it can be also prepare). Roll out the pastry sheet and cut glass circles. Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Serve with syrup from sugar cane.
