Chilimarinovana pork with sauce

Ingredients
4 pork chops
potatoes
green onions for garnish
sunflower oil
# For the tomato sauce:
2 red onion
400 ml crushed canned tomatoes
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
cinnamon
100 g pitted black olives
salt and pepper
# For the marinade:
1 tbsp chili pepper powder
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove pressed garlic

Method
Potatoes are cut into quarters and sprinkle with sunflower oil, black pepper and salt. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes at 200 C. For salsa Chop and fry in a little sunflower oil, then add the tomatoes, vinegar, cinnamon and sugar, allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add olives, seasoned with salt and more pepper. Mix the ingredients for the marinade. While the tomato sauce and boil the potatoes bake, steaks are coated with marinade. Steak bake BBQ or fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with chopped green onions on top.
