Ingredients
          250 g flour
          50 g of dark chocolate
          100 g finely ground almonds
          200 g butter, soft
          100 g sugar
          2 yolks
          pinch of cinnamon
              Method
              The butter mix with sugar and cinnamon to graying. Add the egg yolks and almonds churning constantly. Insert the melted chocolate and finally the flour little by little. Cool before baking.     * Without raising agent.   * The dough is suitable for tart recipes, as it can be lifted on the walls of the mold.
