Ingredients
250 g of dark chocolate
250 ml cream
2 tbsp honey
a few drops of rum
cocoa
Method
Chocolate is crushed and melted in a water bath. In a saucepan pour cream, add the honey and the mixture was heated to reflux. Immediately poured onto the molten chocolate. Stir on low heat until the gain density rarely dough, remove from heat and taste with rum. The mixture was stirred until cool and put in a refrigerator to set.
