Chomlek of Pirin

Ingredients
1 pork leg
500 g pork ribs
500 g of pork belly
2 cloves garlic
500 g onions
500 g small potatoes
1-2 chilies
500 ml wine
1 / 3 cups vinegar
salt
pepper
Method
The leg is cut to 2-3 spots, ribs chopped in 5-6 cm meat cut into chunks and mix everything. Put it in an earthen jar, add the peeled and steamed onions, peeled garlic, peeled and objectives kartofcheta, hot peppers, salt and pepper. Pour the wine, vinegar and water so as to cover products. Cover phial and stew in moderate to low oven for 3-4 hours.
