Ingredients

# For the filling:
1 large onion
100 g salted salo
1 cabbage
2-3 carrots
300 g rice
1 tsp savory
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp black pepper
salt
butter and red pepper spreads
Method
Salo and onions cut into large cubes. The leaves of the cabbage finely strips and carrots - on wheels. Salo cubes are placed in a heated pan to poraztopyat and become like cracklings. Then pour the onion and fry until soft. Add carrots and rice, stir and cook until the rice is transparent. Pour 1 cup water and simmer until rice is tender and take it. Seasoned with savory, parsley, paprika and salt. Optional can be added and pepper. Remove the pan from the fire, put it cabbage and stir. Pig is placed in the tray and below him put sticks to not burn in contact with the metal. The abdominal cavity is filled with stuffing and sew. In pan pour 1 soil water. Bake 3-4 hours at a moderate temperature (150-160 C). Roasted pig is smeared with melted advance with paprika butter.
