This is a picture I took of the magazine which actually got the recipe, but to clarify just got to have an idea how to form biscuits. While they do of course then you will get a personal picture.
Petya, cookies sound very tempting, but can be replaced with something that potato flour?
Hello Navy! Of course that can replace potato flour with corn or wheat starch. Well, that reminded me that I forgot to mention it, and that after they are cut to the desired size. I am glad that you like. Good luck!
One more question *10 g. Protein* that is not accidentally 1 protein (this decoration)?
Well, I do not think that one because it depends on the size of the egg of course, but an average egg weighs about 50-60 grams (with shell) protein is 2/3 of the egg so that the protein of an egg is about 35-40 grams. In the recipe is only 10 g., But I can say my opinion that cookies are delicious and without decoration, but representativeness is well with her, I do not know what will happen if the protein is more. I think there will be no problem.
