Method
Cut into small pieces butter is placed in a bowl and mix with hands sieved flour, powdered sugar and salt until crumbs form. Add slightly broken yolk and vanilla (if vanilla powder is sifted to the flour and sugar) and knead the dough. Turns with transparent household foil and place in the refrigerator to harden for about 2-3 hours. The oven was heated to 180 C. The dough is divided into two parts. One is left in the refrigerator, and the other is rolled at a thickness of 3-5 mm. With cutter cut the cookies and place them in the tray. Bake about 10 minutes (until the edges begin to change color). Taken out of the oven and immediately removed from the tray. Royal icing is prepared by froth eggs with lemon drops. Was then added and the sifted powdered sugar and stirred with a mixer until smooth and shiny mixture. Part of the glaze is stained with paint. After the cookies cool, using a small brush (for painting) is applied glaze. Before served cookies, icing should be hardened.
