Christmas turkey with cabbage

Ingredients
1 turkey
1/2 sour cabbage
150 g bacon
1 onion
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp red pepper
salt
Method
The turkey is cleaned and cut into pieces, portioned . The meat is placed in a pot of boiling water, add salt and boil for about 20 minutes. Chop the onion, bacon - small cubes. Pour in a deep frying pan with sunflower oil preheated and stew. Cabbage cut into small pieces. Stewed onions seasoned with red pepper, add the chopped cabbage and pour some of the broth of turkey. Then put turkey meat, mix with cabbage and everything is transferred to the tray. The dish is baked for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 ° C
